ETUI BOX
KITS
I
offer two sizes of Etui boxes.
An
Etui box is a Needlework storage box, a place to keep your
pins, needles, small scissors (i.e. ghinger
scissors) and a thimble. You can make the needlework
box as a great Christmas or birthday gift or something special
to keep for yourself.
When
the lid is taken off the box, the sides of the box fall
open revealing eight panels inside onto which you slip your
pins, needles. Ribbons on the panels hold your needle
threaders and small scissors in place. The small box in the
center of the etui box holds your thimble. The box panels can be
covered in plain, patterned or embroidered fabric.
The
etui box kit comes with all the card board templates precut,
numbered and padded ready to be covered with your own choice of
fabric. You will need to provide fabric, ribbon and white tacky glue.
Making
of the etui
box is suitable for beginner to advanced
embroiderers.

The medium is the
same size as the blackwork etui box but without blackwork patterns.
Large:
Height: 6 inches (15 cm) Width: 4 inches (10
cm)
The
large size etui box is suitable to use the Needle
Painting Pansy Embroideries on the outside panels of
the box.
