BLUE
PENGUIN SPECTACLE CASE
The
Blue Penguin design is hand painted by myself onto 14 count mono
canvas. The painted canvas is embroidered in 2 strands of Paternayan
Persian
wool in continental stitch or a variety of
different canvas work stitches.
The pictures opposite show the painted canvas,
plus the painted canvas worked. Note the front and the
back of the spectacle case is different.
The
instruction booklet has instructions on how to work the painted
canvas, canvas work stitch diagrams and instructions on how to
construct the needle case. You will need to provide felt for the
lining of the spectacle kit and a cord (optional) for the edging of
the case.
This canvas work project is suitable
for beginner to advanced embroiderers and is especially good
for beginners with easy to count canvas and clear instructions. I
